Accounting Coaching
No matter how we try, we can only go so far on our own. At some point, the responsibilities we face as business owners become overwhelming and we must acknowledge we need help. Especially when it comes to accounting and solving ethical dilemmas. Going it alone just makes more of a mess.
Over time I have found that most entrepreneurs do not know where to turn or who to trust when a crisis strikes. That’s where an experienced coach like me comes in. It is ok to ask for help. In fact most successful business owners have hired coaches to offer different perspectives, keep them focused, provide clarity and give guidance that truly has an impact on their business.
Coaching is an investment in yourself and your business. As your coach I become your accountability partner to implement what works and stop doing those things that don’t add value.
In coaching I encourage you to identify and set goals you truly want and push you to do more than you think you are capable of doing. I’ll also help you stay focused and clear on your direction. All I ask of you is that you make the commitment in yourself, and follow through on the commitments you make.
I offer personalized business coaching in three major areas:
- Establish effective accounting habits and controls
- Solve ethical dilemmas and create your ethics code of conduct
- Build Professional Skills and Entrepreneurship
Coaching programs are offered for individuals, executives and groups of 5 or less. I recommend a minimum of three months in order for you to start seeing results.
My programs have the following features:
- (4) sessions per month conducted via Zoom or telephone (50 minutes each)
- One-time personal discovery session at the beginning of your coaching to determine where you are now, the results you desire and your measurable outcomes
- Extension on a month-to-month basis after initial coaching program has been completed (same rate)
- Unlimited personal email access throughout coaching term
- Client discounts on future workshops and Master Classes
- FOR GROUPS ONLY – One 30-minute private session for each member of the group as desired, to be used by end of initial coaching term
Please note that your results depend directly on your own efforts. I will maintain your confidentiality and create safe space for you to focus on achieving your success.
Fees start at $1,499 per month for Individuals and Executives and $3,499 per month for Groups.
